His ability to communicate with his players
Following the dismissal of Gili Landau Nili Bachar took over the team at Kiryat Shmona and led his team into an appearance in the State Cup final. In reality, many of his players are close in age and Bachar is able to use this bond to help keep his players concentrated on their objectives for the team. In the second leg against Sheriff Tiraspol, Bachar was able to convince the midfielder who is a veteran to stick around and perform well.
His decision-making process
Beersheba fans are clearly unhappy by the manager of Kiryat Shamona. In the wake of the demotion by Gili Landau, Bachar was appointed head coachand took the team to the final of the state cup. For the season, Kiryat Shmona came in fifth however, they won the State Cup the following year. At the end of last campaign, Maor Buzaglo seemed unhappy over his job. Maor Buzaglo only agreed to play in the team with Bachar at the beginning of preseason but was then omitted from the 2nd leg Champions League qualifying matches. Bachar admitted that he had been in fact a complete failure. Even with his flaws, Bachar has managed to keep his team focused on the goals. Meanwhile, the manager is credited with being the best coach in Israel.
