As a Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at the "Universal Market Association" Mr. Grinshpun was a pioneer in business activities. The association was focused on the production of oil, marketing metals throughout the world and was founded by Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun Grinshpun in 1994. The following year, he joined Trans Commodities Inc. as its CIS countries manager. Grinshpun began his career in 1994, as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan for the "Universal Market Association", which was focused on the production and marketing of metals all over the globe. One year later Grinshpun joined Transcommodities Inc. as its CIS countries manager.

In 1997, he was named as the General Manager for the Moscow office of Trans Commodities USA. He continues to work in international business dealing with metals. From 1998 to 2004 he was an officer on the Board of Directors of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works. This internationally rated entity is able to produce more than one million tonnes each year. He was involved in the trade of goods from the Moldovan steel plant since 2004and was cooperating closely with the honorary President of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works.

Grinshpun and ITERA Oil and Gas Company were involved in a major energy project for the Moldovan region in the year 2000. Emmanuil Grinshpun was the founder of "ITERA the Moldova Company" and also the General Manager.

Mr. Grinshpun operates business in diverse areas of operation in the Republic of Moldova.

He has been the fiduciary shareholder from 1998 and is the President of the Council of Joint Stock Company Alimcom Moldova's most prestigious and most reputable factory. It makes food items like vinegar, mustard as well as sunflower oil oil. mayonnaise, and halvah.
