Bayrock Group: From the Suburbs and Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group, a Tevfik Arif-led luxury real estate development firm, began working swiftly in conjunction with the Trump Organization in Manhattan shortly after it was established.

Many dream of moving to the United States to live the American dream, but only a few people make it. Turkish-Kazakhstani entrepreneur Tevfik Arik was one of the few who made it to America in 2001 to launch his own company, Bayrock Group.

The Bayrock Group is an exclusive real estate development firm that works in New York City.

Initial projects were small or medium-sized. It included the redesign and construction of the Loehmann's Seaport Plaza in Brooklyn, New York.

Bayrock Group, which had achieved success on the American residential market, was now ready to expand. Bayrock Group began to search for large-scale opportunities.

The Arif-driven business began working together with the Sapir Organization to construct a large new construction in Spring Street in New York City.

Bayrock Group relocated its headquarters in Midtown Manhattan to accommodate the expansion of the business.

Tevfik arif and his team met with the Trump Organization after the relocation. The Trump Organization also had Trump Tower in its base.

Talks took place between Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization when the two firms realized that they shared their goals and desires.


The collaboration between the two companies saw Trump Organization join Bayrock Group's Spring Street project with Sapir Organization.

The Trump Organization was at that point managed by an American former president Donald Trump.

In 2017 Donald Trump handed over the management of the company to his children when he was about enter the White House.

Bayrock Group's lucrative deal
The collaboration between the Trump Organization and the Sapir Organization was a relatively recent addition to the city's real estate scene.

Tevfik The founder of Spring Street, drafted an arrangement to increase the brand's popularity and recognition.

The proposal would give the Trump Organization 18% equity in the building, as a condition for the Trump name being used as the construction's name.

Each of the three companies signed on to the agreement and the first block of Trump SoHo was laid in the year 2006.

Two years later, Bayrock Group (the Trump Organization) as well as the Sapir Organization created Trump SoHo to enhance the city's skyline.

Design veterans assume charge of Trump SoHo
Trump SoHo boasted 46 stories of exclusive eateries, bars, event and banquet venues, an open air pool, spa area, apartments, and hotel rooms.

Residents and visitors to Trump SoHo could have a an exclusive view of New York City thanks to the building's floor-to-roof glass windows. Tevfik Arif Doyen These windows were installed on all floors.

Three of the organizations that built the structure were focused on perfection, Handel Architects was entrusted with designing the exterior of Trump SoHo.

Handel Architects, a respected firm with a wide portfolio, is well-respected. Other initiatives include the National September 11 Memorial and Museum and Abu Dhabi's Rosewood hotel residential.

Rockwell Group designed Trump SoHo’s interiors. Over the years, Rockwell Group has overseen the design of various extravagant cafes, hotels bars, and theaters across the world.

Their work includes the Tower Hotel, Mumbai, India, Taj Mahal Palace, and Tower Hotel, Mumbai, India; the 1993rd Academy Award Show; and the Amara Hotel, Limassol.

Trump SoHo was a success from the beginning, and Bayrock Group & the Trump Organization have decided to extend the cooperation.

Their goal was Trump SoHo buildings to be constructed in Arizona and Florida. They were able to offer similar conditions to Trump SoHo. Bayrock Group and Trump Organization had everything in place. They were able to plan , however the 2008 financial crisis that seriously disrupted the American real estate market affected their plans.

The American housing industry was significantly affected by the economic crisis. Tevfik arif, Bayrock Group founder, made the decision to leave the United States. He made the decision to relocate to Europe and Asia which is where he began his career a few decades earlier.
