The Tevfik Arif-led luxury real estate development firm, Bayrock Group, quickly after its creation, found itself cooperating with the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Many people have dreams of moving to America to live the American dream. However, only a handful of people do. Turkish Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik ARIF was one of those who did when Tevfik relocated to America in 2001. He established the Bayrock Group.

The Bayrock Group is an exclusive real estate development company which operates in New York City.

The company's initial focus was on small-to-medium-sized projects, for instance, the redesign of the Loehmann's Seaport Plaza - a shopping mall in Brooklyn's Sheepshead neighborhood.

After gaining traction on the American housing market, Bayrock Group was ready for expansion and began seeking projects with a large scope.


The Arif-driven organization began working with Sapir Organization in a new large construction located on Spring Street in New York City.

Bayrock Group moved its headquarters from the Bayrock Tower in Midtown Manhattan because of the business's rapid growth.
