Bayrock Group's journey from the Suburbs, to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group, a Tevfik Arif-led luxury real-estate developer company, found itself working swiftly in conjunction with the Trump Organization in Manhattan shortly after its founding.

The Bayrock Group operates in New York City as an exclusive real estate development company.

Bayrock Group was relatively new to New York City's property market when the Trump Organization, Sapir Organization and Bayrock Group started their cooperation.

Tevfik arif, the founder, designed an arrangement to give Spring Street more brand recognition.

In exchange in exchange for the Trump brand that is used in the construction's title, the Trump Organization would receive 18% equity in this structure, according to his proposal.

Every one of the three companies signed on to the arrangement, and in 2006, the first brick that would become the foundation for what would later turn into Trump SoHo was laid.
