Before entering this company, I was undecided on my plans for my future career. My only goal was to enter the finance industry with no idea what department or role to take on. During the internship, I got to know a lot more of experience in working in a bank. My supervisor once shared with me that he loves his job because it is project based and is less repetitive as the job scope in other departments. It also gives him a sense of achievement every time he completes a project and when he watches a platform go live.

However, as this is a project based job, much experience is needed in order to make proper judgement in different situations. As there will always be new projects on-going, there will be a constant need to gather more knowledge and seek new ideas for improvement.
As I have only spent 5 months here, my lack of experience will serve as a setback to the job. Therefore, I will continue to strive to gain more knowledge and experience so as to attain my goal.
On a whole, I believe that I still need to continue improve my strengths as well as to turn my weakness into one of my strengths so as to achieve my career goal. A degree in Accounting or Business Admin would be useful if I were to pursue this path in the Finance department. Therefore, I believe that with my determination, I would be able to achieve my career goal.
