Bayrock Group's Journey: From the Suburbs to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group was founded by Tevfik Arif and quickly found its way to work in Manhattan along with the Trump Organization.

Bayrock Group Goes from the Suburbs into Manhattan
Many dream of moving to the United States to live the American dream But only a handful people succeed. Turkish Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik Ark was one of those who came to America in 2001 to set his own Bayrock Group.

The Bayrock Group operates in New York City as an exclusive real estate development company.

When the cooperation between the Trump Organization, the Sapir Organization and Bayrock Group began, the Bayrock Group was still relatively new in New York City's real estate scene.

Tevfik Arif, the founder of Spring Street was able to make an arrangement that could increase brand recognition as well in establishing prestige for the venture.

In the agreement proposed by Trump the Trump Organization would get 18 percent equity in the building in return for using the Trump brand on the title of the construction.

Design experts take over Trump SoHo
The 46 stories of Trump SoHo featured exclusive bars and restaurants along with banquet and event rooms, open-air pools and event halls, a spa department as well as hotel suites and apartments.

The guests at Trump SoHo and residents could admire the stunning views of New York City via the floor-to roof windows that were put up on each floor.

Trump SoHo was a great success immediately, which prompted Bayrock Group to expand their cooperation with the Trump Organization.
