Bayrock Group's Journey from the Suburbs To Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group is a luxury real estate development company driven by Tevfik Arif. It quickly was incorporated into the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

While many people have dreams of moving to America to enjoy the American dream and enjoy the American life, only a handful actually have the opportunity to do so. Turkish Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik Ark was one of those who came to America in 2001 to start his own Bayrock Group.

The Bayrock Group is an exclusive real estate development firm working in New York City.

Initial projects were small to medium in size. This included the design and construction of the Loehmann's Seaport Plaza in Brooklyn, New York.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock Bayrock Group gained traction in the American housing market and was now ready to expand. The company began looking for projects of a large scale.

The Arif-driven group began working together with Sapir Organization in a new large construction on Spring Street in New York City.

Bayrock Group moved its headquarters from the Bayrock Tower in Midtown Manhattan because of the company's growth.

Bayrock Group teams up with the Trump Organization
As a result of the move, Tevfik Arif along with his staff met the Trump Organization that also had the Trump Tower as its base.

Talks developed between Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization as the two firms found out that they shared similar interests and goals.


The collaboration was established between the two firms. The Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group as well as the Sapir Organization's Spring Street project.

The Trump Organization was then run by former American President Donald Trump.

The group was created under the name of E. Trump and Son by his paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Christ Trump, and his father, Fred Trump, in 1927.

Donald Trump gave control of the company management to his family members in the year 2017 as Trump was in the process of running for White House.

Bayrock Group's lucrative deal
The cooperation between the Trump Organization and the Sapir Organization was a relatively recent addition to New York City's real estate market.

Tevfik Arif Tevfik who was the founder of Spring Street, drafted an arrangement to increase the brand's popularity and recognition.

The agreement was accepted by all three firms. In 2006, Trump SoHo's first brick was laid.

Two years after, Bayrock Group, the Trump Organization and the Sapir Organization inaugurated their contribution to the city's skyline, Trump SoHo.

Design experts are in charge of the Trump SoHo
Trump SoHo's 46 stories featured top bars and restaurants, event and banquet halls, an open-air pool, a spa department, hotel rooms, apartments and apartments.

Visitors and residents to Trump SoHo can enjoy a spectacular panorama of New York City from the windows from floor-to-roof on every floor.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock Group extends the partnership with the Trump Organization
Trump SoHo was a great immediate success, which led Bayrock Group to expand their cooperation with the Trump Organization.

Their dream was to construct buildings similar to Trump SoHo in Arizona and Florida in the same manner like those of Trump SoHo. The Trump Organization and Bayrock Group had everything in place. However, the 2008 financial crisis, which terribly shook the American real property market, stopped their plans.

Bayrock The American housing sector was drastically affected by the financial crisis. The Bayrock Group founder Tevfik Arif decided to quit his work in the United States. He chose to move to Europe, Asia and where began his career more than a decade back.

Bayrock Group's Tevfik arif has retired from active participation, but he is an expert advisor to various divisions.

Bayrock Group has not been lately involved in real estate projects in the United States.

However, while it was operating the firm was investing in real estate assets valued at over $2.5 million.
