Arif signed an agreement that granted the Trump Organization 18% equity in this building , in exchange in exchange for the Trump brand being used in its name.

Bayrock Group, the Trump Organization and the Sapir Organization all agreed to the deal.

That was the foundation for the very first bricks of Trump SoHo to be laid in 2006.

The building was finally ready to be officially opened after it was constructed over a period of two years.

Trump SoHo was designed by veterans
