How Obama's Weak Campaign Organization Has Made It A Race
There was great rivalry between Mathison and the Russian N. Strunikoff, who won the World and European titles on two occasions, but I think that Mathison was the more reliable skater and all in all the better athlete.

As one reporter stated, "The American people are not stupid!" He's right. We know what McCain is doing and why. We know he has not laid out one single plan to rectify the eight years of Republican rule that has literally brought our economy into recession, along with two wars and more and more homeowners in foreclosure.

Of course it is our civic duty to use our intellect to DECIDE which candidate we think is best and vote accordingly. But here we really should consider what "best"means. Do we really want only to vote for the candidate that is "best" for our own personal interests? Could it be possible that what WE want for our own personal interests could be in conflict with what would be "best" overall for everyone in the whole country? How about considering what would be "best" for the whole world?

With a shaky voting record and social beliefs far from the conservative median, McCain is certainly not the GOP's knight in shining armor. Talk radio has assailed him for abandoning the party on key issues and they're absolutely right.

I've written a lot about this race and it's no secret, that I've been a Teresa Jacobs fan for a while, and now I'm happy that we're going to see where she can take this county. A mayor that's not afraid of the powerful lobbyist or developers and will make the decisions that are right for everyone, not just the wealthy.

But click here came from the lack of surrogate control; the surrogates were going after Sarah in ways no other candidate had ever been attacked. The hope was they could quickly discredit Sarah or cause her to quit.

So conservatives are faced with a choice. Abandon what they truly believe in and vote for McCain just because he's a republican. Or search for the best candidate for them. I choose the latter.
