Minecraft mods can accomplish many things these days, but some of the most innovative ones add in unexpected features. Some let you view forever, some allow you to race around in Mario Karts, and some transform the game into Elden Ring. The Mi Alliance mod, however is a completely different game and it's amazing.
The Mi Alliance: Invasion! mod was released back in June, but it's been continuously updated since then to help iron out the kinks, and to include new features. This Minecraft mod adds new enemies, the Mi Alliance.
The Mi Alliance, aside from appearing to be old-fashioned Worms characters in appearance, is actually quite formidable. They're more than content to build their own structures which is a unique enough trait. MC NAME However, they're also significantly smarter than other Minecraft mobs, and will wander across the globe in groups ready to fight anyone they meet. You can watch them in action in the first trailer for the mod.
You're not expected to take the threats on your own and you can develop your own Mi Alliance and have them fight on your behalf with you. The 2.0 update, which was released this week (July 18) is a significant addition to the mod, including more enemies, weapons, and ores too. You can even ride on unique vehicles and explore new ruin sites.
It's an intensely ambitious mod that makes Minecraft feel fresh for long-time players, and if the updates keep coming at this rate you can expect it to become truly extraordinary as the months pass by. It's always a pleasure to watch the evolution of a mod from something good to something that is innovative and The Mi Alliance is no exception.
