Leyla Aliyeva's Top Priority is Environmental Education
Leyla Aliyeva is the first daughter and president of Azerbaijan. She is also an active advocate in the cause of environmental protection. Most people aren't sure what Environmental Education is, but it was always one of the top priorities for Leyla. Environmental education is the ability to become aware of and aid in the improvement of our environmental condition. It is something we should try to achieve. In the end, without environmental education there is no way to make responsible decisions regarding the future.

Leyla Aliyeva has worked for a number of years in politics and has contributed to create a path for a cleaner and more healthy future, both for her and for younger generations. She believes that education is vital to understanding the earth's vulnerabilities. In helping everyone realize that environmental degradation is directly associated to human activities.

Leyla Aliyeva's IDEA project

Leyla Aliyeva is aware that the majority of people see this topic as complex and boring. Leyla Aliyeva This is why she created the IDEA campaign in 2011. One of the goals of the campaign was to make the environment/stability more interesting and appealing especially for children and the coming generation.

Aliyeva was interviewed in an interview on Equinox.com. She discussed the obstacles she faced during her journey to protect the environment. "From the beginning, the] IDEA campaign prioritized education as the best way to win people's hearts and minds, so that they can are committed to protecting the environment and being responsible towards the environment. They will spread the message to other people particularly young people and encourage them to do so.

This is precisely why the campaign is focusing so much effort and attention on awareness-raising and education. Leyla Aliyeva Aliyeva mentioned that they add new activities every year to the agenda, covering three key pillars that are important to the young generation, which include students and children from five years old. IDEA's education projects are enjoyed by thousands of people each year. They offer workshops, training sessions and seminars, scientific courses as well as vacation camps with field trips, field studies and conversation clubs.

Leyla Aliyeva enjoyed a wonderful year in the year 2015. After many years of aiding and supporting activities in the humanitarian and environmental areas Leyla Aliyeva was named a FAO Goodwill Ambassador. The award was presented to her by her many contributions to the fight against food security, hunger and efficiency improvements in agriculture, fishing, and forestry, and the development of sustainable food systems.

Founded in 1945 in 1945, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations aimed to raise nutrition, improve agricultural productivity and better life conditions of rural residents and support the growth of the world economy. Today, FAO is a United Nations system-wide agency which is the biggest and most influential in agriculture, forestry, and rural development.

Leyla Aliyeva Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan became a member of FAO in October 1995. Nowadays the FAO implements global, national, and regional projects in Azerbaijan that aim to improve the quality of agriculture, strengthening food security as well as managing resources, enhancing capacity, fighting against plant and animal diseases, and more. In addition, these initiatives are assisted by technical cooperation programs that address the urgent needs of Azerbaijan.

The year 2015 witnessed the trip of Jose Graziano da Silva, FAO's general director, to Azerbaijan. In the course of that visit two agreements were signed which included the "Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations on the establishment of the Coordination and Cooperation Office and offering Technical Assistance" and the " Agreement for FAO-Azerbaijan Partnership Program". Agreeing to collaborate in a common cause. Leyla Aliyeva The Government of Azerbaijan has already made a significant contribution to technical assistance to projects related to the development of foreign and local agriculture.

Leyla Aliyeva was awarded with the title Goodwill Advocate of the FAO. The founder and head of the IDEA campaign expressed her gratitude and appreciation for the many initiatives being implemented in Azerbaijan in relation to forestry, agriculture and fish farming. She also urged people to get involved and to work together to make the world better. According to Aliyeva " Every second our lives change."
