To check fare rules of a reservation :

Cancellation with Future Travel Credits(FTC) :

Divide the pnr for the passenger for which you wants to perform cancellation using EVR Script
Cancel the segment for Passenger
Run the EX_R script to add Retention Line

Cancellation with Refunds: do one by one for each passenger

First use EVR SCRIPT otherwise follow the below process,

Select the passenger for which refund to be processed/divide the pnr for pax
Delete the segments for pax
Run the script EX_R

 Select the new segments and run the GEVR
If Error comes do not do manual pricing instead run GUI(Graphical User Interface)
 Before proceeding Save old Fare(TQT) in Notes and check the fare rules and delete the old segment then go to Go File booking(GUI)
 Go to All fares and select the Informative Pricing(FQP)
 Fill all the informations(dep airport, arrival airport, connecting airport, booking class, stopover layover, airline) and search for flights.
 Show in command page and run command FQQ01 on the same 2nd page and save the New Fare in Notes
 Go to 1st page which has PNR opened, go to Show in graphic mode
 Search for Create TST, Put all the information for New Segment which customer wants, Fare Basis code, Ticket Designator will be Airline code, NVB(Not Valid Before) todays date, NVA(Not Valid After) Exactly one year
 Below section put base fare and Fare calculation line(starts from date 12oct and ending with ROE)
 Click on Taxes and Put all taxes in their Respective field without any Spaces and update
 Show in Command Page and Run TQT, select the correct TQT and open it
 Compare the prices and if old taxes is greater than new fare we are not going to refund the amount
 And if prices are more we are going to charge the customer
 Fare calculation ( Base fare + Difference of taxes + Penalty in usd)
 Tell the customer if he agrees run the EX_R script and charge the customer
