5. Moving to the next Room Now

This guide will help you begin and make it simple to complete. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask in the comments below and I or someone else will be available to help you quickly.



Event/Quest Location Start in daemonheim close to the rewards trader. Easy-Medium Estimated Duration; 15 to 20 minutes. Rewards Salty Claws Hat, Snowman dune emote, Golden Hammer



1. The beginning of this event is right next to the rewards trader in daemonheim. 2. Talk to Thorvar Crittersmash and ask him about the Heimland Games. After you've agreed to help him, he'll provide you with bags as well as an empty bucket.



Tip: Throughout the competition Be sure to pick up all the items you find on the ground, or you may have to repeat certain levels.



For instance when Thorvar Crittersmash takes you to the room, pick up the snowman accessories from the ground. Then advance to the center of the room, and there the cut scene will occur.



The Icicles will all glow in one go, and they will turn on one at a time , in a specific order. You must: Repeat the exact sequence that caused the Icicles lighting up. You'll need some kind of memory as the sequences differ for everyone. And every time that you touch the switch and a new sequence will be presented. If you don't have the most reliable memories, then you can draw an outline of the Icicles on a piece of paper and label it with numbers when the sequence is being displayed.



The door that leads to the next space is unlocked after you've completed three successful sequences. You will notice your character standing on all fours when you enter the next room. A box with alternating green and red colors could be seen in the upper left corner of the screen. The next step is to: 4. Move toward the north towards the Angel with its back turned. Begin to touch the Angel when you're within reach.



The upper left corner of the screen shows a box that alternates between red and green colors. If it's green, it means that the Angel is watching you and you can safely walk north towards it. Runescape Private Servers If Red is on this means that the Angel can see you and unless you're behind a snow blanket the Angel will bring you back to the beginning point of the puzzle. In other terms, move north towards then next snow blanket when green is on, then stand still when red is on. When the timing is right you can make contact with the Angel to move to the next level.



5. Then, go to the next room, and grab the item that is on the ground. Click on "Thorvar’s bag" and then click "use Thorvar's bag trinklet" to transform it into a seal which can slide over the icy ground.



When you're on Ice, the process is pretty self-explanatory; dodge the holes in the ice and make your way to the portals that will take you to a different room.



6. Now your task will be to go through the doorways until you get to the next level.



The order of doors is different for all players. While it may appear random, I've found that I pass through doors more often than those I didn't before. Try to remember which doors worked for you and which ones didn't. This method isn't 100% successful and will most likely fail to work every time. However, I've found my chances of success to be higher than just randomly picking doors. Make sure to pick up any items you see lying around.



Congratulations if you have successfully passed through all the doors. There is just one more challenge before you can complete the 2010 xmas event.



The final room to be dealt with is relatively easy compared to the previous room. Click the button to capture the crab sporting the Santa hat.



7. Pay close attention to the holes in the ice for crabs, and remain close to the Ice. When the crab with the santa hat will appear and you click on it, do so as fast as you can.



Now, talk to Thorvar Crittersmash/The person dressed as Santa Claus once more. He will be amazed by your courage and you will discover that he actually is Santa.



Congratulations! You've completed the 2010 Christmas event in Runescape. Santa Claus will give you rewards (see below) and also invite you to join the heimland games - a fine Christmas-themed place with more activities to be examined here.



Rewards: Salty Claws Hat , Snowman dune emote, Golden Hammer. Soundtracks and emotes unlocked from the event include: Snowman Dune emote, the Seasonal sports Soundtrack dramatic point emote and the freeze emote
