ايه soft skills دي
دي يا سيدي مهارات مهمه المفروض نكون بنعرف نعملها بس محدش بيعلمها لحد لا وكمان مهمة جدا بعد كده علشان تتقدم لوظيفة وومكن تترفض بسبب انك معندكش حاجه من المهارات دي
طب زي ايه ؟؟
هقولكوا زي ايه عندك مثلا self study ..هقولك ايه ده قبل ما تسأل ايه الكلام ده :v
أكيد وارد جدا انك اول مره تسمع المصطلح ده .. من اول يوم هتدخل فيه الكلية وانت هتسمعه ... وطالما دخلت حاسبات يبقى مش هتبطل تسمعه طول حياتك :v
ف الكلية هتتعلم قشور بس .. يعني بتتعلم أساسيات تقدر بيها تتعلم اى تكنولوجيا ولو انت عايز تبقى شخص مميز وتستفيد بالكلام ده المفروض انك تتعلم بنفسك
و تدور بنفسك
طب وانا اعمل كده ازاي ؟؟!!!
الموضوع سهل بس بالتعود وكل حاجه ف اولها صعبه بعد كده هتعرف ازاي تختار الكلمة المناسبة ف ال search علشان تلاقي نتائج تفيد الحاجه الي انت search عنها
انا اعايزه اقول ان من كتر ما الموضوع ده مهم بقى فيه كورسات ازاي تعمل search ده اللينك http://www.powersearchingwithgoogle.com/
ال self learning من أهم الحاجات الي هتأثر معاك ﻷنها هتفرق بينك (الي انت دورت ع معلومه وفهمت Concept وكده ) وبين الي خد قشور هتحس انك فعلا فاهم
طب وايه علاقة ده بالشغل والتقديم ف الوظيفة .. لااااااا دي علاقة وثيقة جدا
هقولك ازاي انا كمدير ف الشغل ومتقدم ليا اتنين ف وظيفة واحد بيعرف self learning والتاني ﻷ اكيد هاخد الاول علشان هيوفرلي فلوس
مجال التكنولوجيا كل يوم فيه جديد فلما اخد واحد ب self learning ده يضمنلي اني مش هضطر امنح لحد كورسات علشان نواكب التكنولوجيا الجديده دي
اما الي مش بيعرف ي self learning ده هضطر ادفع فلوس كتير علشان يتعلم الجديد الي ف التكنولوجيا
ف بوستات جاية هنكمل كلام عن ال soft skills الي احنا محتاجينها
