Good day everyone my name is Shantle May Tanaleon and let's talk about the contriversial issue of Ella Cruz, who do you think Ella Cruz is? and why she's very popular and a lot of people is attacking her on social media platforms? here's my collected informations and my opinion about Ella Cruz. Ella Cruz and is a young filipino artist that tells the history is like a chismis, it's very contriversial because many people reacted from what she said, including some of her fans, some of her friends was disappointed and a lot of people especially historians is againts from what she said about history because for them history is not like tsismis. It is facts, written as though they are collections of information. Without facts we can't have truth. Gossip or tsismis is when we take rumors those unconfirmed pieces of information & pass them along, spreading what may be "fake news."Some pieces of history are not written but are true and factual. Time has a way for the Truth. No amount of effort to revise will do."A historian is one who recognizes our painful past with factual evidence." And I thought that they can't blame Ella Cruz for misdefining history because we can share and we are free to give our opinions about on what we want to give our opinions. For me history is a memorable and a lot of people is telling about from what they know and experiences about their past, I know for myself that some of history are biased but some of them too is true when they have their evidences. A lot of people are making jokes about ella cruz said and for me it's just her opinion about history. Ella Cruz claims history is biased because of the Marcoses but her version of history is based on lies she added that she didn't hurt anyone although she knew offended someone but for her it's just her opinion and it's not intentional. But How they define Philippine history through chismis? That's why we need to rectify our history and free it from false narratives of the people around us.
