Niall

Think. Think. Think. Only a week till school's over and the best summer holiday starts. All the kids were playing this stupid thing called softball and I couldn't care any less to join. I had to pull on prank on the new substitute art teacher, who I hated more than anyone in this darn building. He would always give me the stupid questions to answer. Well, revenge is always sweet. First of all, I needed a loud airhorn. The one that makes the entire room shake. Sweet! Then I'll bring those board pins and glue them on his seat so that when he sits down, he'll get that pin right on his butt and the airhorn would be taped under the chair, making a huge noise as he sat down. How about putting a mouse in the drawer of his desk? And when he opens it, the mouse will pop out and scare him? I heard him talk about his fear for rodents just the other day and this would be awesome. The darn wind blew hard, making the paper fly away from my hand and land on the ground next to the shoes of some kid. It was this...big kid in class who was always quiet and sat on the back row like me but we never talked. He had brown curly hair, probably the tallest kid in class and he looked kind of scary in demeanor. He picked it up and smiled at the poor drawing. Jeez, kid. "You're Niall, right? The Irish kid?" He smiled and took a seat next to me. Kid, did I tell you to sit? "Yea..." I trailed off and snatched the paper from him so that he couldn't see my master plan. What if he told everyone? "I'm Harry" he shrugged and smiled. "Okay, Harry, now if you won't mind, I am working. So kindly, leave" I tried to be as kind as possible. I mean if he was a jerk, I wouldn't be that kind, but he was actually the loner kid who didn't have many friends. Like me. "Hey, want to make this prank more epic?" He grinned. I held back the urge to tell him to mind his own business but oh well, I could use all the ideas. "Go ahead" I pushed back my hair from my forehead. Harry leaned forward and his eyes were telling me that his plan was nuts. "Okay, so by looking at the drawing I can see that you are going to put an airhorn under his chair, a pin on top of it and a...cat in his drawer?" He asked in confusion. "Its a mouse!" I frowned. He burst out laughing and I narrowed my eyebrows. "Sorry, Niall" he apologized. "Anyways, I know of something more cooler". He continued and I played with my pencil. "Lets put super glue on his chair. We have to spread it all over his chair and when he sits down, we'll let the mouse out and it will fall on him!" He said in an excited voice. I grinned broadly and nodded. This was amazing. Not bad. "Henry, you look like my new partner in crime" I grinned and gave him a small high five. "Its Harry" he corrected me. I rolled my eyes and got up from the bench. "Whatever, you and I, we are going to make the best prank this week" I stared up at him. The bell rang and I walked to the entrance door to the school. He followed and holy cow, he really was a darn mammoth, I mean look at that height. "Does that make us friends?" He grinned and put an arm around my shoulder. I didn't know...can I have a friend? "More like kickass best friends" I grinned and this time he gave me a high five. Woah! I winced and he laughed at me. Oh, this was just a beginning of a badass friendship.
