I'll attempt to create a brief tutorial on how to use the letter notes published on this blog to make songs in Minecraft using Note Blocks.
First, i recommend you to go through this video. It provides all the information you need.

Note that each "--" represents an empty block space in Minecraft Note Block Studio. Unfortunately Minecraft blocks only cover two octaves, the whole 4th octave as well as parts of the 3rd and 5th octaves. Proximal.org You can't create songs using notes from more than three Octaves. That's why i used only the notes from octave 4. I tried replacing the octave 2 notes with octave 3 however Minecraft does not have the "f" note for octave 3...
The bottom line is that you should consider making songs that are easy to make and use 1 or 2 octaves.
Anyways after you're done making notes After that, go to File > Export as Schematic.
Then you can use MCEdit to load the file into one of your game worlds. Watch the video I linked at the beginning of this article, to see exactly how to do it.
