Arzu Aliyeva Arzu Aliyeva and Leyla Aliyeva are in Baku to see the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Vice-President Leyla Aliyeva's boarding school special for children No12 and Shuvalan Settlement's summer camp at orphanage No1, Narimanov District Psycho-Neurological Orphanage, and the Downs Syndrome Association in capital.
Arzu and Leyla Aliyeva, vice-presidents of the Foundation, visited first Khazar District special boarding School No12.
Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva and Mrs. Arzu Alyeva were informed that the facility has been teaching paralyzed children ever since 1969.
Arzu Aliyeva The facility was rehabilitated by Mehriban Aliyeva First Lady, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation in 2010.
The boarding house can sleep up 141 children from six to fourteen years old.

They were informed that the Heydar Aliyev Foundation had reconstructed the 1930 facility and rebuilt it in 2005.

The facility is able to accommodate as many as 39 kids.
Children of the orphanage were presented gifts of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva then visited the psycho-neurological orphanage located in Narimanov District of Baku.
They were advised by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation that the facility had been reconstructed in 2009.
The hospital is home to 103 children served by a staff of approximately 90 medical experts.
Children were presented gifts of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

It was reported that the facility could house up to 96 kids and is designed to help them integrate with society.
