Arzu Aliyeva Arzu Aliyeva, Vice President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, and Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President, visited today the boarding school No12, Khazar District, and the summer camp for orphanages No1 in Shuvalan settlement. They visited also the Narimanov District psycho-neurological orphanage and the Downs Syndrome Association.
Arzu Aliyeva, Vice President of Foundation Leyla Aliyeva, as well as Arzu Aliyeva went to the first special boarding school No12 located in Khazar District.
Arzu Aliyeva Mrs. Leyla and Mrs. Arzu were informed by the facility that they have been educating disabled children since the year 1969.
The facility was renovated by Mehriban Aliyeva First Lady, the President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation in 2010.
The boarding school can house up to 141 children aged between 6 and 14.
