The definition of the phrase chakra is really a spinning vortex of your energy. It is a Sanskrit (ancient language) word meaning wheel or disk like. Our chakas are energy centers inside our bodies which might be constantly receiving energy from my surroundings and environment.

Sixth chakra - brow center, is also known as the "third eye", our inner vision. An unbalanced brow chakra may arrive as eyesight problems, headaches inside brow, glandular or endocrine issues or hormonal imbalances.
Seventh chakra, located on the crown or top with the head is approximately our purpose in life. Major depression, problems relating towards the pineal gland, learning disorders, headaches and light-headedness are connected with imbalances inside the crown chakra.
