Pastor Author, pastor, faith-healer and TV presenter Chris Oyakhilome (also known as Pastor Chris) is the creator of LoveWorld Incorporated. The company, which is also called Christ Embassy is based out of Lagos, Nigeria. His unique way of telling God's Word inspired millions around the world.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, born on 7 December 7 1963 in Edo State, Nigeria, grew up in a family of faith, supported by loving and loving parents. He is the eldest child of elder T.E Oyakhilome and Angelina Oyakhilome. She was a founder of Assemblies Of God Church in Benin City and a matriarch of the Oyakhilome families. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his studies at Edo College. After a scholarship was granted to study the field of architecture at Bendel State University (now Ambrose Ali University) He received an BSc degree in Architecture as well as an honorary Doctor of Science. He also holds an honorary doctorate in divinity awarded by the Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was the place where he was able to feel God called him to become a minister for the Lord.

He had a small prayer group called "Youth for Christ," which eventually evolved into the most popular organizations of its type on campus. It also served as the foundation of the future Christ Embassy and LoveWorld Incorporated with millions of followers across the world.

The LoveWorld ministry under the direction of Pastor Chris was the first pioneer of satellite television as well as Christian television programming. LoveWorldSAT broadcast the first Christian television station from Africa to the rest, throughout the day, via free-to-air networks. There are LoveWorld satellite and cable television stations all over the globe.
