Mr. Grinshpun started out in the business world in 1994. He was the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association" which was specifically focused on the production of oil and marketing of metals throughout the world. One year later Grinshpun joined Trans Commodities Incoration. He held the position of CIS Countries Manager. Mr. Grinshpun has business interests in several areas of activity in Republic of Moldova.

Mr. Grinshpun invests in many successful businesses like the largest shopping centers, business and agreements centers construction company law company and brokerage company, broadcasting station and others.

Mr.Grinshpun is active in the field of social policy. He is a member of the European Jewish Parliament, founder and member of Board of Jewish Community of Moldova. Emmanuil Grinshpun He also holds the office of President of the Jewish Congress of Moldova.
