Only recently, Fox News revealed that Avanos Medical has issued an error-in-field notice regarding its Cortrak 2 EAS due to the possibility of fatal outcomes.

This shows the grave dangers of feeding tubes and their impact on human life.

The revelation might lead to an investigation by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) investigation.

Avanos Medical was not the only one to mess with the FDA. A criminal case was brought against the company for fraud in false branding.
