This position is full-time and suitable for a recent graduate, ideally with some office or administrative experience.
Clerical Assistant Responsibilities:
-Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures;
controlling correspondence; reviewing and approving supply requisitions;
assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
-Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports;
summarizing information; identifying trends.
-Coordinate agents appointments
-Handle general aspects of marketing for the office including training
and conventions
-Contribute to the office team in a constructive way
-Support the Managers in various functions as needed
-Payroll tasks
Requirements:
-Experience within Financial Services is a must
-Excellent MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills
-Enthusiastic self starter with excellent ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
-A flexible attitude
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-High attention to detail
-The ability to take initiative and be proactive is essential
-Analytical and communication skills
