This Minecraft Mario mod changes the normal mob into enemies from the Mario series and isn't just exclusive to Nintendo consoles. There have been official Mario DLC packs, but they've always been limited to the Nintendo family of consoles, but that is now over.
RaineyX is a Minecraft YouTuber, decided to create the mod after being inspired by the Mario Kart mod we wrote last month. The modders use software to alter the models before releasing them back into nature. Now, this mod doesn't change the behaviours of any of the affected Minecraft mobs however it's still a nice visual effect. It's a great illustration of how you can play Minecraft as a game if you have the necessary skills. That's probably why there are so many fantastic Minecraft mods. It's a shame Nintendo doesn’t appreciate PC gamers more.

You only have to look at the likes of the new Spellcraft DLC to discover the possibilities with Minecraft. It's a blank slate that is full of potential, and you're sure Nintendo could do more with it. But, it's unlikely it will ever happen.
