Before you can create your first C# resource, you'll have to install Visual Studio 2022 (the community/free version will work just perfectly).
Create your project
1. You can open a command-line window by pressing Win+ R.
1. Once that window shows up we'll follow the FiveM's Cookbook modern guide to setup our scripting environment, so ensure that you type the following commands into the console window:
1. If everything went smoothly, you can create a folder named MyResource and an answer file named MyResource.sln. This is the solution file that you use to manage your projects. 2. To build the project, click on build.cmd that will create a release server and client DLL for you, both focusing on the right .NET Framework needed for FiveM.

You will now have a folder titled dist, if you've created the resource. This will allow you to run the following commands.
Change directory to the resource path called MyResource:
