Rami was made managing partner in 2000. In the following 18 years Rami negotiated dozens of deals which resulted in successful exits for Fortune 500 companies like Broadcom, Marvel and Cisco.

He didn't stop there. Globes awarded Beracha with the "Esteemed Partner Award" in 2011 to recognize him as an influential investor. Rami created Sosa an initiative that was launched in 2014. Sosa operates innovation centers located in New York City and Tel Aviv which provide assistance to high-tech companies searching for partners with international entrepreneurs who are interested in working with promising Israeli startups. Sosa was appointed recently to oversee the development and operation of the city's cyber center.

Beracha is also planning to launch a Middle Eastern venture capital funds. He believes now is a good time to make investments in the Arab Market, after the recently concluded Abraham Accords with Israel and United Arab Emirates. Dubai is an ideal starting point, because it is wealthy and very modern. Ender Ventures or his newest fund is the brainchild of Ender Ventures. This fund will aid in the development of UAE high-tech businesses in the fields of artificial intelligence and virtual reality. The United Arab Emirates offers a unique perspective on business. It is expected to bring several companies to its gates in the next few years because of its low business tax and very friendly legislation for business.

Although Rami Beracha seems to be success in every endeavor he's pursued but it wasn't always that simple. Beracha like many Israelis joined the army as an untrained soldier. He became an Paratrooper's Brigade Combat Soldier and was a combat soldier during the Lebanon War. Rami joined a rescue party that was sent to help wounded soldiers in a wild minefield in 1983, shortly following the end of war. Rami was unlucky to have fallen on the mine in a cave and suffered a broken foot and an injured hand.
