Rami Beracha's suggestions for students of Herzliya's Interdisciplinary Center is based upon his own personal experiences. When he was young, Rami chose to pursue a degree in law. He wasn't sure that he would like to pursue law, but he continued his studies and earned an advanced degree in New York. After that, he worked in the international law firm. In the course of his work at the Wall Street law firm, he realized that he actually was interested in business more than law. He decided to quit the firm and go to France to pursue an MBA.

Following her graduation in 1996, Beracha started working for the Venture Capital Fund Pitango. It is Israel's largest venture capital investment fund. Pitango is a partner for companies in the beginning stages of growth, and focuses on the most important areas within high-tech. Pitango has invested over 200 times and completed 85 exits. Rami became managing Partner in the year 2000. In the 18 years that followed, Rami managed dozens deals that resulted in exits to large corporations in the Fortune 500 like Broadcom (Marvel), Cisco, Cisco, and Apple.

Then he didn't stop there. Globes recognized Beracha with the title of "Esteemed Partner", recognizing him for his work as a key investor. Rami initiated a new project named Sosa in 2014. Sosa has innovation centres located in New York, Tel Aviv and Tel Aviv. Here they aid innovative high-tech firms to collaborate with entrepreneurs across the globe seeking to work with promising Israeli startups. The concept behind his latest fund called Ender Ventures, as he plans to call it, is to recruit Israeli ad European Investors to support UAE high-tech companies in the fields of artificial intelligence, virtual reality robotics, robotics, and many more. The United Arab Emirates has a unique perspective on business. It is likely to draw many companies to its doors within the coming years due to the low business tax and very favorable legislation for businesses.

Although Rami Beracha is a successful man today, his life was not always smooth. Beracha was just a teenager when became a soldier in the army. He was an Paratrooper's Brigade Combat Soldier and was a combat soldier during the Lebanon War. Rami was part a rescue team sent to help soldiers injured in minefields. It happened just after the war was over. Rami was unfortunate to have fallen into a hidden mining and suffered a broken foot and a hand injury.
His time in hospital rehabilitation was one the most challenging of his entire existence. He was unable to move and was stricken with despair and depression. The dream of becoming an officer in the Army were not realized and he lost all sense of himself. Through his suffering, Rami was able to find the passion to keep living and create new dreams. Rami decided to make his life more enjoyable and more satisfying than it was before his injuries. Rami tried out different extreme sports. Today, he enjoys snowboarding, kitesurfing as well as the climb of Mount Kilimanjaro. He believes that his self-confidence and unbeatable spirit from his past is pushing him forward as he strives to make improvements in himself.

Rami volunteers and donates to many organizations. Rami is passionate about helping young combat wounded soldiers. Rami was part of a group of soldiers injured while serving in the military in Nepal in 2016. In the year 2018, Rami was promoted to Major in the Israeli Army's Paratrooper as well as Fire Brigades. In spite of all the obstacles he encountered the realization of his goals came in his early years as a young man. His story and passion are a true inspiration to other people. Rami didn't let his injuries hold him back as he continued learning and experimenting until he was even stronger than prior to.
