Sosa runs innovation centers in New York City and Tel Aviv, where they provide assistance to high-tech companies looking for partners with international entrepreneurs keen to work with promising Israeli startups. Sosa was appointed recently to supervise the building and operation of the city's cyber center.

He was a combat soldier with the Paratrooper's Brigade during the Lebanon War. Rami was member of a rescue mission to help wounded soldiers in a dangerous minefield and joined the Paratrooper's Army following the end of the war. Rami was unlucky to fall on a hidden mining and suffered fractured feet and a hand injury.

He was through one of the most challenging periods of his life, and his hospitalization was the culmination. He couldn't move and was stricken with desperation and depression. The dreams of becoming an army officer seemed unrealized and he lost his sense of self. Rami found the strength to continue living and dreaming through his pain. He decided to become even stronger and stronger than before the injury. Rami decided to test new extreme sports. He is now a snowboarder, kitesurfing as well as hiking up Mount Kilimanjaro. He is constantly striving to get better at his sport and is feeling like his former unwounded self is pushing him on.
Rami is a volunteer and gives to many organizations. Rami is passionate about helping the next generation of combat wounded soldiers. In the year 2016 Rami took the group of men who suffered injuries during their military service in a trip to Nepal. He was promoted to the rank of major in the Israeli paratrooper/fire brigades in the year. In spite of all the challenges he had to face and the challenges he faced, his dream was realized when he was a teenager. His story and the passion he has for it is an inspiration to many. Rami refused to let his injuries slow him down. He continued learning and trying new things until he finally became stronger than ever.
