The biggest mistake we make is when we believe that there is complete co-operation in the expectations of our partners and do not even try to understand our partner's expectations. There is one aspect, however, that we are in complete agreement with our partner on - he also doesn't miss an opportunity to expand this expectation gap .... We are not alerted by anyone.
There are many potential causes of miscommunications. Most are due to differences in our personalities. Squared personalities are likely to miscommunicate with liberal ones, and individuals who are aggressive will have it difficult to reconcile expectations with passive ones. It is simple to recognize - squared can be distinguished from liberal, while aggressive is a distinct thing from passive.

Ladies and gentlemen! I'd like to introduce you to a new personality one that we all share. The FULL CIRCLE personalities differ from the HALF CLIRCLE types. !

Two kinds of people are human. There are two kinds of humans one of which is the "full circle" type, who is self-contained and completely comfortable in their own space. However, until he's found the perfect partner, he CAN survive without one. He will continue living his life side by side with his new partner once they find one.
Others are those who are "half-acircle" kind of people. They are not going to let go of the savage creature once they find it. They will work to physically join their victim into a happy circle. The Halves will not give up anything less than starring one at the other from a zero distance for the rest of their lives. It is impossible for them to feel more intimate than that.

A fascinating observation of the two types of people is the decision to leave the person you are with. The full circle will naturally be able to let go of a partner he lost chemistry with. On the other hand, half-circles will alter the definition of chemistry between two people to mean - "I am holding onto this B..ST..RD., until I am able to replace him with a new upgrade."

Imagine the awe-inspiring dance that takes place when two people, a "half-a-circle" and a "full-circle" attempt to make one each other the other's partner, but not conscious of their distinct geometries: the Half joyfully makes two steps forward far beyond the comfort zone of the Full who finds this sudden entry of his personal space bit intimidating. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The issue is that he stepped out half of his comfort zone .... and, while the Half was convinced that the Full made an error that was innocent The Half starts to get angry and takes a step in the opposite direction. They are unable to explain their pain and don't know why. If they had known that one of them is a Half and the other one is Full, it could have helped them ...
While there isn't any one answer, there are many ways to go about it.
