We make the most common mistake of believing that we are completely in line with the expectations of our partners. We're almost always completely in sync with our counterpart, minus one aspect : he doesn’t miss an opportunity to widen this expectation gap . No one is there to inform us about the upcoming conflict.
There are many potential causes of miscommunications. The majority of them are caused by differences in our personalities. People who are square are more likely to not to communicate well with liberal people. Aggressive personalities may struggle to align their expectations with passive people. It is simple to identify and everyone is aware of the difference between liberal and passive from aggressive.
However, they might not even realize they're so different. Imagine to yourself that there exists a sort of a personality gap which exists, but is not even noticed by us. Nobody has ever traced it and warned of it, or investigated it...NOT even been frightened! !
Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduced you to a new type of personality that we all have: the FULL CIRCLE versus the HALLF CIRCLE personality! !

We humans are divided into two groups. Certain of us are "full-circle" types which is a person who finds it easy to be alone. He does want to be a part of a group and, yes, he is always looking for people to share his life with. Absolutely! all true! ... But, he can't live without his dream partner until he locates one. He is determined to spend his entire life with his partner and is determined to complete his circle.
Half-a-circle-shaped people comprise the other half of humanity. They are not going to let go of their miserable animal when they discover it. They'll try to live with their victim as if were one of them and refuse to give up the idea of living together. The Halves don't want to compromise on anything less than staring at each other from a distance of zero for the rest of their lives. It's impossible to make them feel more connected than that.

An interesting observation between the two types relates to the choice to let go of an individual partner. The whole circle tends to let go quickly of the partner with whom they've lost their chemistry. The "half-a-circle" type , however, will redefine what it means to have mutual chemistry with their partners. They'll claim that they're 'holding onto this B..ST..RD until they can replace him with a more effective upgraded version.
Imagine the amazing dance between the "half-a circle" and a full-circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. However, by the fact that he took the Half out of his comfortable zone. Once .... The Half is convinced that the Full has made an innocent mistake and promptly compensates with another step forward, the Full begins to be irritated and takes a bigger step backward.. The Half begins to suspect that there is something sinister regarding what's happening in this situation and his next step isn't exactly gentle.. the Full.. The Half.. The Full and the half are irritated with one another. Both understand why, but aren't using the correct terms. They aren't able to properly express their frustration, and so they search at the wrong things. If only they knew that one of them is Half and the other one is Full, it could have helped them ...
