Venture Capital. Thoughts and Much Less. - Rami Beracha

Rami Beracha has started this blog to talk about the world of venture capital. Rami is co-founder and CEO of Sosa.
Rami Beracha
It's a big problem that people do not understand. It's a minefield caused by us. It begins a second after the first contact with another person and is concluded with a stunning explosion...
The most common mistake we make is to think that we're completely in sync in our expectations of each side without trying to figure out what our partner expects from us. However, there is one thing that we nearly always are in agreement on: he won't ignore the chance ....to widen the expectation gap. There isn't anyone out there to alert us of the imminent clash.
There are numerous factors that can lead to miscommunications. Square personalities are more likely to not communicate with people who are liberal. Aggressive personalities will struggle to align their expectations with those of passive individuals. This is evident - squared can be distinguished from liberals, and aggressive is a distinct thing from passive.
What happens if they're totally different? Only they won't recognize it. There is a personality gap between them that exists, but we don't know about it. It has not been found and has never been reported or investigated by anyone. !
Rami Beracha
I'd like to introduce you, ladies and gentlemen to the new type of personality that we all have the FULL CIRCLE characters as opposed to the HALF-CIRCLE individuals. !
Note: This analysis provides behavioral guidance. Find out what personality best represents what you're like and then find out the person who is your partner. You may be surprised to find that you have different personalities. According to Bono sang, "we are one, but we're not the exact identical." This is a great sign as it could mean that you've identified the root of many of your different personalities. If, on the other hand you're of the same person, then I am sorry but I cannot help you figure out the reason why your relationships seem so bad.
So here we are...

Humans are split into two categories. Certain of us are split into two groups one of which is self-contained while others are completely at home. Sure, he's required to be with someone and he's seeking one. Absolutely! all true! ... But, he will not be able to live without his dream partner until he finds one. He would like to live his life with his beloved and is determined to be able to complete his circle.
The "half of a circle" people on the other side have an accomplice. Once they find the miserable animal, they will not ever let it go! They will work to physically integrate their victim to create one happy circle. The Halves will not sacrifice anything other than staring at each other from a distance of zero throughout their lives. Anything less intimate will satisfy their urge to integrate with the other half and create a whole.
Rami Beracha
The decision to let go is an everyday occurrence. The whole circle is likely to be able to let go of a person who has lost their chemistry rapidly. Half-a-circle types will, however, redefine what 'having mutually having chemistry with their partner is referring to - 'I'm keeping this B..ST..RD until I am able to safely replace them with an appropriate upgrade'.
Imagine the amazing dance between a "half-a circle" and a full-circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he accomplished this by forcing the Half out of his comfort zone . When the Half thinks that the Full committed an error of his own and then took another step forward, the Half begins to become angry and makes a second step backward.. The Half.. Half.. and the Half are all pissed off. They can understand why, but since they don't have the correct terminology they can't adequately explain their rage and go towards the wrong direction. If they had known that one of them is a Half and the other one is Full, it could have saved their lives ...
There isn't any single conclusion, there are steps you can do.
1. Find out more about who are
2. Find out more about your friend
3. Be aware that there is a huge distinction.
3. Respect the distinction!

In reality, there's only one conclusion.
