NPS: One of the most important aspect of KPI(Key Performance Index).
Net promotor system is about the feedback from customers into the company, and will to make improvements in key areas, like repair, reliability, billing and equipping people to deliver an amazing customer experience.
It is based on one simple question: How likely are you to recommend Xfinity from Comcast?
Customers answer on a 0 to 10 scale and are placed in three categories based on their answer:
Promoters - Customers who are loyal and enthusiastic supporters; will tell others to choose us. (9-10)
Passives - Customers who are satisfied, but not motivated to recommend us. (7-8)
Detractors - Customers who are not happy with our service and who will tell others not to choose us. (1-6)
How is the score calculated?
The Net Promoter Score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters, while Passives are left out of the calculation.

S4X interaction is a quality program centered on eight behaviors that help create a best-in-class customer experience while also supporting processes that drive and sustain business results. These behaviors will help you to achieve your KPI's like NPS.

1. Be Warm and Friendly: Create a personal connection so that customers feel valued and truly believe Comcast and you care to build a foundation of trust.
2. Own It: Instill confidence in the customer that they have reached an expert who is fully committed to addressing their questions or concerns.
3. Listen Actively and Respond Appropriately (LARA): to ensure a clear understanding of the customer’s unique situation, express genuine concern for helping the customer and be fully present throughout the interaction.
4. Show Appreciation: to give every customer the VIP treatment, making them feel as though they’re a priority. Genuinely express gratitude for their business during the interaction.
5. Make it Effortless: to respect our customers’ time and provide a level of service that feels easy and seamless to the customer.
6. Discover Needs: to ask effective, relevant questions to gather a deep understanding of the specific customer situation in order to provide the best solution, recommendation or outcome.
7. Set Clear Expectations: to provide relevant, valuable information on actions taken and applicable next steps.
8. Be and Xfinity Ambassador (BAXA): to clearly demonstrate how Xfinity has the best products, services and online support in the marketplace. Share details regarding various Xfinity features like Xfinity WiFi Hotspot, Xfinity Rewards Program etc.

Xfinity Rewards is a customer appreciation program with a mix of special perks and unique experiences as a way to thank Xfinity customers. Depending on how long the customer has been an Xfinity customer, hey will be eligible for rewards such as movie nights, early access to games, Xfinity product discounts, family activities, tickets, gift cards, etc., and they’ll be refreshed regularly.

Xfinity WiFi Hotspot
Xfinity has millions of WiFi hotspots throughout our service area to make sure customers are always connected. These hotspots provides fast, convenient WiFi and are free to Xfinity Mobile customers and eligible Xfinity Internet.
There are more than 18 million Xfinity Hotspots available nationwide.
Customer may only have 10 concurrent devices connected to Xfinity WiFi. If they exceed 10 concurrent devices, they'll need to disconnect a device from Xfinity WiFi to connect an additional device.

Xfinity Gateways and xFi Gateways are all-in-one devices that deliver internet and voice connectivity, whole-home WiFi coverage, network security, control and speed for the ultimate connected experience. It is a combination of Router & Modem. Rental Charges for Xfinity Gateway: $14 per month.
General features of xFi Advanced Gateways, include:
--Secure wireless home network with xFi Advanced Security.
--Exclusive WiFi management tools and Parental Controls (xFi).
--Extended whole-home coverage with xFi Pods.

Data Usage: Every Residential customer gets the data limit of 1229 GB or 1.2 TB per month. In case customer exceeds the limit, they will be charged $10 extra for every 50 gb consumed above the limit of 1229 GB.
The 1.2 Terabyte Internet Data Usage Plan does not apply to Internet Essentials and Xfinity Prepaid Customers.
--Customers with third party modem can add Unlimited data plan for $30 additional per month.
--Customers who rent an xFi Gateway can add xFi Complete, which includes unlimited internet data.
xFi Complete: xFi Complete expands the Xfinity Internet experience and gives you all the great features of xFi, plus:
--Whole Home WiFi, which automatically evaluates your network performance to get the most WiFi coverage throughout your home.
--Unlimited Data (not available in all areas).

Whole WiFi Evaluation:
Whole Home WiFi evaluates your network performance to help ensure the most WiFi coverage throughout the home.
Process:
-Once Cx add xFi Complete and activate Xfinity Gateway, they'll receive an email highlighting the benefits of xFi Complete and notifying them that the Whole Home WiFi evaluation has begun within one day of activating the Gateway.
- After the initial 14-day assessment period, they'll receive additional emails with information about xFi network performance.
- After the Whole Home evaluation is complete, the results are sent to the primary email address on file.
- Depending on the results, they'll receive one of two emails indicating:
Email One: "Your coverage is looking great."
Or
Email Two: "You can improve your home WiFi coverage with an xFi Pod."
If Cx receive this email, then they are eligible to receive an xFi Pod at no additional cost. The xFi Pod must be redeemed using the link in the email and will be shipped within five to seven business days of redemption.
xFi Pods:
xFi Pods are easy-to-install devices that can be paired with a compatible xFi Gateway to help eliminate areas where WiFi coverage drops or is weak, also known as "dead spots."

--Eliminate “dead spots” to provide more consistent and reliable WiFi coverage.
--Extend xFi Gateway signal throughout the home.

Xfinity Flex:
Xfinity Flex services are provided for free of cost to Xfinity Internet customers in case they don’t have or need Xfinity TV service.
With Xfinity Flex, customers will be able to stream more than 10,000 free movies and shows, access favorite apps like Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and Hulu, and rent or purchase top movies and shows.
Cx will also get free access to Peacock Premium.
To use Xfinity Flex, they will need an Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box. The first Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box is included with Xfinity Internet service. Each additional Flex streaming TV Box is $5 per month.

Xfinity TV:
Xfinity TV provides customers the channels they want and the ability to watch with their TV, online or through the Xfinity Stream app.

Affordable Connectivity Program:
The ACP is a federal government program designed to help income-constrained households connect to internet and mobile services.
Eligible Xfinity customers can receive a credit of up to $30 per month ($75 per month for customers in qualifying Tribal lands) toward their Xfinity Internet, leased internet equipment and/or Xfinity Mobile after completing the enrollment process.
Customers can check their eligibility through National Verifier Website provided by FCC. Once they verify their eligibility, they will need to enroll for ACP with Xfinity.
