Yerkin Tatishev says that well-being, safety and environmental sustainability are essential to creating a safe and healthy urban environment. Kusto Group, an investment company that is privately held, refers specifically to the construction of its residential development in Kazakhstan.

The project is expected to be completed by 2023 in Koktobe City along the Almaty Eastern bypass route.

Yerkin Tatishev seeks ideas from Europe
In building Koktobe City, Yerkin Tatishev stresses the importance of quality of life.

The team and the founder have taken ideas for their project from Germany and Finland in addition to other places.

Tatishev was inspired by the low-rise structures, parks and efficient infrastructure that are found in German cities like Dusseldorf, Munich, and Berlin.

Tatishev explains that all these factors are essential to creating the comfort of living in a home.

"Almaty stands out among Central Asian cities as the most European, free, and intellectual. We believe that we have made the right choice to adhere to the concept of a people-centered community as our construction direction.

Kusto Group in Koktobe City is committed to creating an inspiring learning environment for students and offering a range of facilities.

In this way, the school will have classes in which students can draw and play instruments or participate in team sports.

Koktobe City construction is comprised of four stages. The fourth stage of this project has already begun. It is expected that the fourth and final phase of construction will be completed in 2023.
