Early life



Jordan Maron was born in Los Angeles, California on February 10 1992. According to his birth date, he is 30 years old and holds an American nationality.



He is also Aquarius by birth and is mixed ethnicity. There is not much information on his parents or his childhood. His parents divorced when he was when he was a young child and his mother took him to reside with his grandmother. In the past, he's not had any siblings.

When talking about his academic career when he was in high school, the school he attended was Santa Barbara High School. He decided to leave school in December of 2011 in order to concentrate on his work on YouTube.

His love of videogames began as a youngster. His determination, self-assurance and enthusiasm helped him to become a popular character on his YouTube channel Captain Sparklez. On this channel there are more than 11.3 million users.



He mainly attracted attention to his Minecraft videos because of this game. On the channel, his first YouTube video was titled "Your Captain is Speakin'" that was uploaded on the 24th of July 2010 with views of 551k views and 11k liked on the video. One of his most viewed YouTube videos is titled "Revenge" - A Minecraft Parody of Usher's DJ Got Us Fallin' In Love (Music Video), which has more than 275 million views with 4.2 million likes on it.



Maron Songs was the channel he wrote music for. With the help of Howard Marks, he even founded the gaming company XREAL. In May 2015, his studio published the video game Fortress Fury.



As a YouTube star, he won the YouTube Golden Play Button Award for his significant contribution to gaming. In addition, he was nominated for the 8th Annual Shortly Awards for gaming.



In addition, his main source of income was YouTube and game development. The YouTube star is estimated to have a net worth of around $12 million. He paid $4.6 million for a lavish mansion in the Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles in 2015. He often displays his cars in the media.
