Another issue is the owner dispute over FC Basel between Bernhard Burgener und David Degen. Burgener is supported by the Board of Directors. However, no agreement has been reached.

This he would like to claim for 16.4million dollars. Bernhard Burgener Burgener has been barred from selling his stake of 80 percent due to the ex-player's super-provisional order.
