Cortrak*2 will make use of the recall process to modify its directions for usage and intended usage. It will advise users to ensure the tube is placed by using protocols established by institutions prior to delivering nutrition.

Clinicians were requested to attach the correct notice about the problem to the operating book, and return acknowledgment forms along with the notice to Avanos.
