The Kirin 9000's main characteristic is the massive Mali G78MP24. My Mediapad M3 is a Kirin 950 with an Mali T880MP4, meaning it's six times faster, even before clock speed and other architectural enhancements.



You'd need to be insane to purchase a Mate 40, though. It's not inexpensive, and doesn't come with Google services and the processor - made on TSMC's new 5nm process - has already stopped production due to US sanctions on Huawei.
