Minecraft Earth won't be stuck in beta testing much longer. Mojang and Microsoft announced that the game's augmented reality will be available in early access for some countries beginning in October. While it wasn't clear the platforms or countries to be included in the beta, it did include both iOS and Android users.
Earth is a little different from the original Minecraft experience. It is still possible to create your worlds in AR. However, you can also take part in sharing Adventures that will require you to fight monsters and other challenges in order to obtain rare resources.
