Hello.
ill just tell you the story from the start...
lets just say...i'm overweight. NOT extremely overweight, but im not happy with my body.
And two days ago, at around 11 o'clock... i went on omegle...
and i met a guy...
hes,
everything ive ever wanted.
And next year in the summer holidays hes coming up.
And we're going to meet for the first time.
But i dont want to meet the love of my life being overweight and not happy about my appearence.
And by writing my journey down... i figured it might feel better, and pressurise me to eat a lot healthier and work out more, and take more care of my body. His body is amazing, so he says...
he works out around nearly all day.
and if he saw me like this.... oh my god... im worthless looking like this.
When im on omegle, my body doesnt show. and i look a whole lot better without my body.
So, from the beginning of tomorrow morning, im losing weight. i HAVE to this time.
unless myself wants me to be embarrassed meeting the love of my life then yes, I HAVE TO.
I will be recording(writing down):
What i eat in a whole day.
how much exercise i do, and for how long.
What exercise i do.
what i do in a whole day.
my days activities.
And...
how much i weigh.
And how my body looks.
How i feel
and last but not least.......
Life.
That should keep me on track knowing i have to write it all down, openly and honestly, everything i do in my day. I cannot fail this time. im fed up of failing. im fed up of being the person who doesnt even get looked at twice because of my filthy discusting body.
If you dont like your appearance, Change your appearance.
And thats exactly what im aiming for.
