FIFA 15 survived a three-way attack to secure another week as the UK No. despite a drop of 70% in sales, it remained No. 1. EA's soccer game was able surpass multiplatform action-RPG Middle-earth, Shadow of Mordor and Xbox-only racer Forza Horizon 2, and porta-brawler Super Smash Bros 3DS. It came in third, second, and fourth, respectively. While the trio of new games could not challenge the popularity of the UK's FIFA (and let's face it only a handful of games could) However, they did manage to beat Destiny, the Bungie shooter, which slipped from second place to fifth in the fourth week of its sale.
Without the PS4 retail version of Minecraft (which UK databod Chart Track denotes as another platform for Minecraft: PlayStation Edition) The other game that ranked in the top 40 was Crimes & Punishments: Sherlock Holmes in 27th. Chart Track does not release sales figures, but it does provide some platform differences for the top-rated games of the week. For example, the Shadow of Mordor split was 56 percent PS4 and 41% Xbox One, and 3 percent PC (that does not include downloads) and Forza Horizon 2 had a 73: 27 ratio between Xbox One 360 and Xbox 360.
