Minecraft convention company is sorry for Peterborough's event that was a victim of complaints.

The organisers of a convention for the game on computers Minecraft have said they are "truly genuinely sorry" after angry parents criticized it on social media.
However, a lot of people claimed to have spent hours waiting to meet famous players and demanded refunds.
O'Brien Event Management stated that the new system will be put in place to cut down queues in the future.
The informal convention, which was not endorsed by Minecraft's creator Mojang fans had the chance to meet famous "Youtubers", take photographs and play games.
Lisa O'Brien of O'Brien Event Management has previously told the BBC that the lines were 45 minutes long because of the massive number of people who showed on the day and didn't purchase tickets in advance.
A second statement on the website of the company reads: "We are truly genuinely regretful that our event did not meet the expectations of a few guests.
"MineVention" is a'meet-and-greet' event, which means there will be queuing. Minecraft online However, it will give the children the unique opportunity to meet their heroes.
"We have taken all of your comments regarding the event into consideration and, moving forward we will be putting in a new queuing system and will be adding more content."
The company also released an announcement from Peterborough Arena, which was responsible for catering, and again blamed the "sheer volume" of people who came through the doors on the day for the long lines.
Both parties agreed to respond to all disgruntled parents that had contacted them in a timely course.
No comment has been made regarding refunds, however some parents have told the BBC they received the refunds the day they complained to staff.
Online ticketing firm YPlan said it was "actively seeking information from the event's partner to learn about their stance on refunds , and will attempt to compensate all of our customers who were unhappy with this event".
