(10 tips and tricks):
1 tip: around 1minute and 20 seconds of talking about books, with visuals showing villagers (first person), the item that is assosiated with them, showing them how it can be done, aroud 10 to 12 secs is a cut so it doesn't become boring, song so it gives it a vibe for the video.
2 tip: it looks like it has the same format throuout the video.
(28 Minecraft things you should start doing): in the intro there are cinematic shots of him doing diffrent thing, lot of camera switches (from up top to showing him to first person, having a sence of comedy showing it in visual, cinematic shots are also really beautifull and smoth
lots of cuts through out the video atleast 20 by far, the cinematic shot are sometimes taken by him and somtimes by someone else. really good timing on stuff and is always showing what that part of the video is about, an always has good pacing on the video. really planed it well, incredible tips and again show them perfectly). sound (explains really well and confedently, is not to fast nor to slow, novise and simple structers to the script, doesn't over explain and the sentences are rather short, has beautifull story as well, energy is perfect, gives emotion to his word, makes them have life, truly facanating, adio quality thruoght the roof, its entrataining even if hes not making jokes.)

what i can improve based on the analisyze: use difrent angels on explaning thing (firs person, third, from an angle, up top, far away, close and etc.)| try to transition and show thing more smothly| try to get multiple clips of diffrent thing you're going to talk about, sometimes use comedy and humor without telling jokes| sound=don't talk to slow nor to fast| try to explain stuff with shorter sentences (if its posible )
give the it more emotion then you have.
editing= have better pacing, could use more pop up text, sound effect can be good to
