What is Quartz Crystals used For?

Quartz geodes in the Nether



Another method of obtaining quartz in the Nether instead of mining. They spawn below y 30 and are smaller than amethyst geodes. They are found in the sand valleys of the souls more frequently, with only the top portion emerging.



They are composed of 3 blocks: crystalline quartz which is semi-transparent quartz blocks that looks sort of blurry. These blocks are great to build architectural window blocks that were so popular in 2000. The outer shell will have smooth basalt. Calcite remains in the middle of the shell, which is similar to the calcite.



How does it look like? It looks just like the quartz item texture, but in 3D. It is made of a basalt block.



Interesting mechanics:



Striders are attracted by these places. This makes it easier for newer players to obtain them.



What do quartz crystals actually serve? Well, combine them with 4 echo shards of an artisan grid and a spyglass and you get the netherscope. The netherscope can make netherrack unnoticeable when you look through it, essentially like semi-sight mode. This is a unique method to explore the universe.

all mobs hostile to each other should be terrified of sculk and should actively run away from it



The reason this happens is due to the fact that the deep dark is still populated by hostile mobs that can be found. Minecraft mods They tend to spawn in the vicinity of the ancient city and can create very dangerous situations for the warden. Along with being a way to make the deep dark fair, it adds implications saying that even mobs are scared of the area. mining a sculk block or moving it will take away this characteristic of the sculk block. Only natural sculk blocks will deter mobs.



Does the sculk produced by sculk catalysts count? perhaps it could however, i am unable to think of how to manage that.

Parrots are essentially useless right now If you're about to be killed by the Warden, but there's a parrot on your shoulder, it will fly away while making a shrieker sound that the Warden will prioritize over all other noises, giving you a chance to escape but killing the parrot in the process (sure it would be sad, but it's not as bad as an axolotl that dies from the thorns of a monument after it was recklessly attacking a guardian)



What do you think the game could be missing in terms of building blocks?



Besides just general variety, I've always wanted to see more cultural representation in Minecraft. Village and Pillage were a great beginning. They were able to draw a lot from real world cultures, however they're still using pretty generic blocks. They shouldn't be specialized in any way however, if they wish to create unique structures to the biome, then I think it's a good idea for the future blocks to reflect certain design principles or the customs.



The character creator on Bedrock has actually done pretty well at this. They've had events that tie-in with holidays such as Chinese New Year before, however, the events are usually stylized to fit within the Minecraft universe and are mainly described using simple adjectives or nouns. There's no Christmas in the world, only joy. Does this make sense to you?
