The MSA 2062 appears to be experiencing odd performance issues whenever I use the FC (10K), drives, regardless of RAID type or configuration. I've tried using RAID 1 5 6, 10 and also the MSADP+ and they all behave the exact way , regardless of configuration of the disk.
Specifications and configuration of the hardware:
The array consisted of 2 SSD drives and 14 10K, 2.5TB Seagate drives. We use 4 10G SFP connections to two dedicated 10G Cisco switches using two dedicated iSCSI undernets, as recommended by HPE MSA1060/2060/2062. Game servers Check out page 4.
We connect three servers to the MSA 2062 array using dedicated and routed iSCSI VLANs. We have enabled jumbo frames on each 10g connection to ensure that all servers are able to reach all iSCSI IP's.

I followed the MSA installation guide, Storage Management Guide, and the HPE MSA Storage Configuration Guide and Best Practices For VMware vSphere guides. I was unable to apply all settings to the MSA 2062.
If I choose to use a RAID 1 group using the two SSD's, I experience no issues at all when moving the VM to this VMFS store. However, performance is very slow if I utilize any 10K disks regardless of the RAID configuration I select. It's not an issue with the connection as I have ruled out that.
All servers, hard drives and arrays are up-to-date with the latest firmware versions. The MSA health-checker did not find any issues and confirmed that the array was in a healthy condition. I find it hard to believe that 10k disks are underperforming.
