Mary Anning
Mary Anning was the first ever women paleontologist (fossil scientist and to do with the discovery of rocks) she found the first ever documented dinosaur skeleton (Ichthyosaur) at only 12. Aswell as many other incredible discoveries she also wrote a book on her findings making her the one of the first ever women authors but not long after that book was stolen by men as well as the fossil finding's leaving Mary with no credit for what she did.

In May of 1794 Mary and Richard Anning gave birth to their first child in their old ,dilapidated home in Lyme Regis a small town along the beach front of west Dorset .Legend has it when she was being looked after by 3 young nannies she was taking shelter under a large oak tree when the tree was suddenly struck by lightning and Mary's delicate head was struck by a flash of lighting and by the power of luck she survived. They say this is what struck intelligence into her helping our world develop.

Three years later, Mary Anning was joined by a younger brother named Josheph they grew up together and explored the beaches together and discovered all the adventures the wide rows of glistening yellow sands had to offer. Not long after giving birth to the tenth womb child Mary's mother fell seriously ill and after ten days off suffering horribly, she passed away peacefully in her rundown chair she never left when nursing each of her precious children into their adventurous life ahead.

Due to, Mary's mothers death her family was left more poor and helpless then ever despite being busy working for the family's business caring for two young children he still found time each day to take Mary and joseph to the beach to search for what they called curiosity's it was the highlight of Mary's day she looked forward to it every day and |Mary's dad saw it as not just and oppertunity to spend time with his children but to help find product's for his profession (carpenter)
