The biggest error we make is that, without good reason, we almost always assume complete alignment in the expectations of both parties without even trying to get our partner's brain in order to determine what his expectations of us are. We are almost always fully in agreement with our counterpart, minus one thing : he doesn’t miss an opportunity to increase the gap in expectations . We have not been notified by anyone.
There are many causes of miscommunications. They usually are related to our personal personality. The squared personality is more likely than liberal personalities to miscommunicate, and individuals who are aggressive may have difficulty in coordinating expectations with passive. This isn't difficult to spot - we all know the distinction between squared and liberal, and passive and active.

What do you think if they're very different and they don't be aware of that. Imagine if there's a gap in personality. It's not something anybody has researched or warned about, nor traced. !
Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to introduced you to a new kind of personality that is shared by all of us: the FULL CIRCLE and the HALF CIRCLE personalities! !
Note: A behavior guideline when reading the following analysis, attempt to determine which personality most accurately describes you as well as look for out which one of your friends is. If you realize that you're distinct personalities - just like Bono says, "we can be one but not exactly the same" If you do, then you ought to be very happy as you might have found the cause of the differences between you. Humans are divided into two categories. There are those who are 'full-circle' types, a self-contained person that feels totally natural to be by himself. It's true that he wants to be with someone and he's seeking one. Absolutely! Absolutely! ... But, he won't be able to live without the right companion. After he has found his dream partner He wants to share his life with his - hopefully full circle of friends.
The "half-a circle" kind is the opposite face of the human race. (No, it's not full-circle that was damaged during the birth). When they find the miserable creature, THEY will not give up! They will move to almost physically join their victim to create one joyful circle... and don't give them this bullshit of living shoulder-to-shoulder! The Halves aren't willing to give up anything less than starring one at the other from a zero distance throughout their lives. Nothing less intimate can give them the desire to connect with one another and form an entire.
A fascinating observation about the two types: the choice to let a partner go. The entire circle would typically let go of a person with whom he has lost his chemistry quickly. Half-a-circle types will, however, redefine what 'having mutually chemistry with their partner means - 'I'm keeping this B..ST..RD until I can safely replace them with a suitable upgrade'.

Imagine the most amazing dance, in which two "half a-circle" and a "full-circle", are trying to make each other, without being aware of their different geometrical shapes. The Half smiles and moves two steps forward. The Full finds the unwelcome intrusion slightly scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. Only problem is that by taking the Half out of his comfortable zone. When .... the Half is convinced that the Full made an innocent wrong move and promptly compensates with another step forward. The Full begins to be irritated and make another, bigger step in the opposite direction.. the Half starts to think that there is something sinister regarding what's happening in this situation and his next step is not gentle at all.. the Full.. the Half.. the Half and the Full are pissed of off each other. The Full and the Half are aware of the reason, but they lack proper terminology. They can't properly explain their frustration, and so they search for the wrong thing. If only they knew that one is Half and the other one is Full, it could have helped them ...
Although there isn't a single conclusion, there are some steps you can take.
1. Find out more about who you are
2. Find out about your friend
3. Recognize that there is a huge difference.
3. Respect that difference!
Let's just say that there's only one way to go Let's live and let go.
