Requests the sale of shares of David Degen Bernhard Burgener .

Bernhard Burgener is suing David Degen in the FC Basel ownership dispute. The Board of Directors supports Burgener's plans. But, there's no agreement.
The Board of Directors of FC Basel Holding AG met on Monday morning. Burgener and Degen, along as Karl Odermatt & Peter von Buren, voted for the previous owner. According to a statement issued by the holding firm Degen requested Degen to buy his stake in Basel Dream & Vision AG.
Burgener can sell its shares to minor shareholders according to a law that is legally binding. According to the Board of Directors, this drag-along option is deemed to be superior over Degen's pre-sale right.
Burgener and his group have made a move on the ownership dispute. Degen insists on exercising his right of first refusal, which he would like to exercise in exchange for 16.4 million Francs. Burgener has been barred from selling his stake of 80 percent by the former player through a super-provisional court order. Centricus which is an asset manager from the UK, British asset manager, will also be able to hold a stake in this new venture. Burgener would continue to receive majority vote.
As per FC Basel Holding AG Announcement, Burgener und Degen are fast seeking an outcourt settlement "in favor of FCB".
