We provide NO COST primary care, dental care, diabetes, eye, podiatry, and mental health and fitness clinics for uninsured and underinsured individuals. Visit our home-page for an appointments of upcoming centers. We also assist our patients get their prescription and even over-the-counter medications in no cost to be able to the patient. Not any controlled substances are dispensed by or prescribed on the Seager Memorial Clinic.

We are open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3-5 PM, closed holidays. Sessions are first are available, first served.

Physician/provider visits? Acute and persistent medical care
Teeth Clinics? Fillings, tooth extractions, and partial dentier
Eye Clinics? free medical clinic ogden made prescription eyeglasses, diabetic retinopathy screenings
Emotional Health Clinics? Psychological medication , depression plus anxiety management
Diabetes Management? Free diabetic medication and materials, routine blood function, retinopathy screenings, ft . examinations and treatment, patient educational handouts
Podiatry Clinic? Feet examinations and care
Immunizations including flu virus shots
Lab function including Covid-19 fast antigen and drool PCR testing
Classification testing including x-rays, MRIs, colonoscopies, and so forth. (through community partners)
Cancer screenings
Local community referrals? Midtown Neighborhood Health Center, Weber-Morgan Health Department, Ut Cancer Control Software, Weber Human Companies, United Way? h 2-1-1, etc.

Do you have a toothache? We can help! All of us offer dental fillings and extractions at no cost to our sufferers. Our goal is definitely to provide gentle care to keep you out of soreness and improve the general health. Partial false teeth can be obtained when suggested with the volunteer dental practitioner.
